Darcy Stepp

Raised in northern Italy, Darcy has developed her taste and skills through extensive travelling all over Europe and North America. Trained on the job by excellent Chefs, bakers, pizza makers, butchers, and seafood experts, Darcy brings together the plating elegance of the fine dining world and the centuries old tradition of the most iconic classic cuisines. 

Her last experience in the restaurant business was the opening of Forte the main restaurant for the Alyeska Resort and Hotel in Girdwood, Alaska. Forte is a modern Italian restaurant focused on the marriage between classic Italian dishes and the incredible variety of local Alaskan ingredients. 

Now Darcy is growing her own business as private Chef, culinary consultant, teacher and mentor for professional cooks and food enthusiasts.
