Djibouti Banana Fritters

Sunday morning breakfast pancakes turned into Djibouti fritters.  Topped with nutmeg, and butter for winter tastes on this summer dish.

Dominican Pollo Guisado

Chicken topped with olives, a nice juicy sauce, cilantro, plus some other spice.  Sprinkled with lemon.  Not a simple chicken dish- boy do the flavors surprise!

Danish Risalamande

Risalamande: who would have known rice plus almond.  Within the deep cherry sauces comes out all the white and milky flavor.
